Trust, Diligence, Unity, Creation, the key points of the Core Value Concept of Dayi, are our ultimate Enterprise Cultural aim. As the necessary supplement of our enterprise culture, we mainly interpret our system construction and enterprise seeking from the below aspects:
Trust is the root: We continually hold the view trust is the most important aspect in doing business. Products and theirs sale: to forbid any fake, inferior products, let alone sell them. Business relationship: to eradicate any behavior against the law and rule. System construction: to stick to people first rule with emphasizing both system promise and individual promise.
Diligence is the foundation: we truly believe the plain philosophy no pain, no gain. Our basic evaluation standard is just based on individual diligence and contribution to the job. After all, every staff in our company is the best witness of realizing our business ambition.
Unity is the guarantee: single power is limited. We think united as one eternity. Dayi encourages the wolf’s selfish spirit since she stands for unity and supporting each other, stands for the whole exist and development stands for separation and cooperation and stands for Dayi Group.

To understand the links between control and identification is the requested subjects for every staff in Dayi Group. Control is based on a series of system. It is imperative we have to create behavior standard between insiders since it can avoid disparity and difference caused by people. Identification is based on culture. Dayi has created its specific enterprise culture other than others’ culture with its rapid growth. It is our cultural aim to make people from different walks cohere and serve for Dayi. We’d admit if we have not identification between the enterprise and her staff , it is hard to make more people to achieve their goal.
